Yoga designed for kids 9–14 to build strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence—on and off the mat.

We start with fun warm-up games that build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness.
Simple breathing exercises and mindfulness activities help kids improve focus, manage stress, and build self-awareness.
Engaging games and partner activities keep classes fun while reinforcing yoga skills and teamwork.
We end each class with gentle stretching and relaxation so kids leave feeling calm, refreshed, and proud.
Please bring a water bottle and comfortable athletic clothing.
We provide everything else, including yoga mats and equipment.
Classes are typically held on the third Saturday of each month. Dates may occasionally change.
